This unique class, suitable for beginners and above, introduces you to the sensual and empowering world of Russian exotic pole dancing. With elements of ballet, contemporary, and strip plastic, this class will have you gracefully flowing on the floor, mastering acrobatic elements, and even nailing those splits. Join us and discover the beauty and strength of this incredible dance discipline. Must have strong beginner foundation with pirouettes, basic spins, etc. Heels Strongly Encouraged - Knee Pads Necessary – Socks Welcomed
