Pre-Reqs: Must have taken Beginner Plus / intermediate pole dance classes. Experience with fan kicks on both sides and beginner spins, moves, and grips. Comfortable dancing on spin and moving around the pole and on the floor. Our intermediate Plus Exo Hard Style/Low Flow Pole Dance class takes you through a range of pole tricks and movements that blend Hard Exotic style with Low Flow.
