Unleash Your Inner Performer. Choreography and technique-based pole dance instruction to help you discover your seductive side and cultivate stage presence. Includes floor and basework elements. Build confidence, strength, and technique basics while having fun with burlesque and jazz inspired movement. Let's dance! Knee-pads highly recommended, platform heels recommended but not required. No pre req needed unless you require one be posted.
