Street Jazz blends classical jazz dance techniques with street dance influences, such as hip-hop and funk, creating a high-energy and expressive style. It features sharp isolations, intricate footwork, and powerful movement, reflecting urban culture's raw energy while honoring street dance roots. All dance levels are welcome - no experience necessary. Movement can be tailored to dancer’s experience level. Modifications will be offered as needed. Just come and have fun! What to wear: - sneakers, grippy socks or jazz shoes - Comfy clothes you can move freely in What we’re doing: Class will consist of a warm up, some technique, then choreo time!
