Our Mission
Full Moon Pole & Dance Studio aims to provide a community-based, fun and supportive environment where all dancers are welcomed. Our mission is to provide a safe space where dancers feel free to explore their bodies through movement. At Full Moon Pole & Dance Studio, our instructors and students are at the core of everything we do. From helping to shape the types
of classes and workshops we offer, to being at the center of the community we collectively create. Our studio will facilitate movement, creativity, sensuality, flexibility, dance, and acrobatics in one loving space. Our end goal is to improve the mind, body, and spirit of each dancer who comes through our door. With a variety of classes, each student's experience can be personalized to meet their specific goals.

I'm new to Pole, where do I start?Best place to start is Intro to Pole class. In these classes you will learn the basics of pole dancing as well as some sexy choreography. You can take this class as many times as needed. You can also explore other non-pole classes such as floor, liquid motion, heels, or burlesque. You will need socks, water, comfortable clothing.
-
What should I bring to class?- Water or Water bottle (filtered water available) - Comfortable clothes you can move and dance in. For tricks classes, you will want to have as much arm and leg exposed for gripping purposes (i.e. tank top, bikini, boy shorts). - Socks or heels optional. Platform pole shoes for pole dance and floor, Dance heels or boots (i.e. salsa, jazz, street) for burlesque and heels - Yoga mat for stretch and flexibility classes
-
Do I have to be physically in shape to start? Before starting any physical activity, you should advise your doctor; however, our intro classes are meant for all students. Move modifications are available if needed.
-
Is there anything I should do before my class?- Be sure you have purchased a class pass - Book the class online - Sign the online liability waiver - Remove jewelry that can scratch the pole or floor or get caught while doing tricks (i.e. rings, bracelets, necklaces, dangly ear rings) - Do not use lotion on hands and body 24 hrs before a class. This will impact your ability to grip the pole. - Drink water & eat some food a couple hours before - Come with positive energy and an open mind
-
What is your late arrival policy? For overall class experience, we need students their by the start of class. However, we know life happens and you can run behind a few mins. In general, if you arrive while warm-up is still happening (less than 10 mins.); per the instructors discretion, you can still be allowed to participate in the class. However, if warm-up has finished, for your safety and per the studio liability exposure, you will not be allowed to join. Thank you for your understanding.

What is your cancellation policy? We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If a reservation is not cancelled more than 4 hours before scheduled class start time, you will loose a class credit.
